Material

PLA+ Matte Default for cockpit hardware. Stiff, clean finish. PETG More heat- and impact-resistant than PLA. ABS Higher heat tolerance for panels near warm gear. TPU 95A Flexible. Good for gaskets, dampening feet and soft clips.

Good to know

Which file formats do you accept?

STL, 3MF, STEP/STP and OBJ. If you only have a Fusion or SolidWorks file, export to STEP or STL before uploading.

How accurate is the online estimate?

The calculator uses your bounding-box dimensions and infill setting. We adjust for actual mesh volume, supports and print time after reviewing the file. Most quotes land within 10% of the estimate.

What tolerances can you hold?

Typical dimensional accuracy is ±0.2 mm on FDM prints. Critical fit surfaces can be flagged in your notes so we orient and finish accordingly.

Can you print in colour or sand parts?

Standard finish is matte PLA+ in black or dark grey. PETG, ABS and TPU are available in limited colours. Mention preferences in your notes and we will confirm options.

Do you sign an NDA or keep files private?

Yes. Your files are used only to quote and print your order, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them on file for reorders.
